We are adding bolted steel buildings back to our product range — a solution we manufactured years ago that is now available again in response to the current needs of the livestock, agricultural and industrial sectors.
These structures are designed for fast assembly, durability and expandability. The modular system allows the building to be installed one bay at a time and extended in depth by adding 3-metre modules whenever the project requires it, without dismantling the existing structure.
A modular solution for growing operations
Our bolted steel buildings are designed for projects that need a functional structure from the first module, with room to grow. This flexibility is particularly useful for livestock farms, agricultural installations, auxiliary storage areas and industrial spaces that may require future expansion.
The system is based on independent modules assembled using bolted connections, eliminating on-site welding and making assembly more straightforward. The structure can also be configured in different ways to suit the available space and intended use.
S450 steel and ProMag coating
The structure is manufactured in S450 steel with ProMag coating, an alloy of aluminium, magnesium and zinc that provides enhanced protection against corrosion in demanding environments.
This coating improves the durability of the building and reduces long-term maintenance requirements — a key factor for installations exposed to variable weather conditions or intensive use.
Five standard widths and tailor-made solutions
The range includes five standard models, with widths of 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 metres. All models are based on 3-metre depth modules, allowing the floor area to be adjusted to the needs of each project.
The 14-metre model offers 42 m² per module; the 12-metre model, 36 m²; the 10-metre model, 30 m²; the 8-metre model, 24 m²; and the 6-metre model, 18 m² per module.
In addition to these standard models, our engineering team can develop tailor-made solutions for projects with specific dimensions or requirements.
