Paddy Rice Plant Expansion in Spain

About this Project
This expansion adds 12,000 tons of paddy rice storage capacity to the existing 130,000-ton facility.
One of the highlights of the project is the large structure supporting the chain conveyors used to distribute grain across the various silo lines. The structure includes four silo head towers and a long-span, high-rise catwalk made of laminated steel profiles.
The project includes:

6 silos, model 14.51/16, each with a capacity of 3,247 m³

Towers, catwalks, and support structure for the elevators and pre-cleaners.

A total plant capacity of 20,000 m³ for storing 15,000 tons of rice

Chain conveyors and bucket elevators

Loading and unloading at a rate of 100 T/h
