We are pleased to announce that we have just begun the assembly of our new grain storage plant in Romania, where we are implementing advanced technology to optimize both storage capacity and operational efficiency.
In this initial phase, we have started the assembly of three flat bottom silos, each 14 meters in diameter and with a capacity of 1900 m³. These silos meet strict construction standards and are specifically reinforced to withstand seismic conditions, ensuring their stability. Additionally, they are built to handle significant snow loads of up to 200 Kg/m², guaranteeing optimal performance even in adverse weather.
Along with the main silos, we have installed a buffer silo for connection with the dryer, ensuring a continuous and efficient grain drying process. We’ve also implemented a farm silo to handle the straw produced by the dryer, streamlining our waste management processes.
The project features specialized equipment such as wall ring ladders for safe access to the silos, maximum level detectors for precise filling control, and ventilation grids that maintain optimal internal conditions. We’ve also installed catwalks and elevator platforms to facilitate maintenance, along with a manual slide for controlled grain unloading.
Various structural supports ensure the stability and efficient operation of the entire facility.
