We’ve recently completed the installation of a 3,000 m³ water tank in El Viso del Alcor (Seville) for Paviso Alimentación. Designed for the storage of potable water, the tank incorporates several key features to ensure durability, functionality, and water quality over time.

Roof ventilation to prevent condensation

One of the standout elements of this tank is the addition of roof-mounted air extractors. These help ventilate the interior and prevent condensation, a critical factor in potable water storage. By keeping humidity levels in check, the system protects the roof structure and ensures optimal conditions inside the tank.

Waterproof liner for maximum protection

The tank is equipped with a high-performance waterproof liner that ensures total watertightness. This added layer prevents leaks and safeguards the quality of the stored water, even under demanding conditions.

Built to last — and to blend in

Constructed using corrugated steel with ProMag coating — an advanced aluminium, magnesium, and zinc alloy — the tank offers up to ten times more corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel. This makes it an excellent long-term solution that requires minimal maintenance.

To meet environmental standards and reduce visual impact, the exterior has been painted green. Unlike tanks made solely with pre-lacquered steel, this combination delivers enhanced durability while integrating more harmoniously into the landscape.

This project reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, efficient, and environmentally conscious infrastructure for the agri-food industry.
