We are currently in the process of commissioning a new soybean meal storage facility at Avinatur’s feed mill, located in Guadix, Spain.

This project represents a major leap forward in boosting storage capacity and optimizing the handling of high-quality raw materials for feed production.

The storage plant has been specifically designed and built to meet the high standards of Avinatur, a company known for tailoring animal nutrition to genetic and climatic conditions, ensuring optimal growth for its poultry. The new facility not only increases soybean meal storage capacity but also streamlines operations within the feed mill.

Throughout the project, special attention was given to selecting materials and equipment that guarantee durability and system efficiency. The silos have been reinforced to ensure stability and feature extraction systems that facilitate easy handling of stored materials, minimizing unloading times and reducing maintenance needs. The plant also includes catwalks and access systems that ensure a safe and efficient working environment for operators.

Automation of loading and unloading processes has been a key element in the plant’s design, with the integration of equipment that allows a steady, regulated flow of soybean meal into various factory processes. This results in significant improvements in operational efficiency, optimizing production times.

We are confident that this new infrastructure will play a vital role in Avinatur’s continued success in producing high-quality animal feed. Watch vídeo
